The Punky Chef is here to help get you through the Holidays and into the New Year with festive, delicious items.
  • Cupcakes and Holiday Desserts- we can deliver a variety of desserts for your Holiday gatherings including our special holiday cupcakes
                Punkin- Pumpkin ginger cakes with mini chocolate chips and a orange   cardamom frosting

      Brown Buttah- Brown sugar poundcakes with a brown butter maple glaze

   Mint Chip Cheesecake- Dark chocolate brown bottom cupcakes with a mint            chip cream cheese layer and fluffy cream cheese frosting
  • Gift Sets- Mix and match items as you choose to make for a unique, handmade gift or a delicious Christmas brunch
· Artisan Preserves- each jar is made with organic and mostly locally sourced             ingredients and comes with a fun recipe card with creative ways of serving               the preserve.

· Mini Sweet Loaves- each bread is a perfect gift size and made with lighter, and more flavorful ingredients than a store-bought bread

·       Monday Meals- Make your busy weeknights easier with a healthy, delicious meal delivered right to your door for a budget friendly price.  Each meal can be made for up to 6 servings, and use ingredients that will hold up for leftovers through the week.  A different meal is offered every week, but can be altered to your specific needs. We make all natural and organic lean meats, vegetarian, and vegan meals.  Here are some examples of our winter meals.

 

Romanesco Ravioli- Raviolis filled with a romanesco broccoli and Greek yogurt puree topped with sun dried tomato sauce and goat cheese, and served with a side of roasted brussel sprouts or kabocha squash soup (vegetarian)

 

Pork Chops- Apple cider and thyme brined lean pork topped with homemade cranberry pear chutney on top of a chard and delicata squash sauté, and a side of brown rice and lentils

 

Brown Rice Cous Cous- Garlic and olive oil brown rice cous cous, garbanzo beans, currants, and walnuts, and topped with roasted Portobello mushroom, and served with whole wheat flatbread and low fat hummus
